It was a freezing cold start to the BMX National Series at Cyclopark! It was a tough weekend for me too! My category is even more stacked than it was with World and Euro plate riders as well as some break-through riders who have hit 2023 FAST!!! Sometimes you don't take away podiums, but you do take away knowledge, experience - and this time, some bruises! But I enjoyed being back racing the top male 12's in the world! Well done everyone!

Last weekend was the first North Regional race of 2023. It was a brilliant event organised by Cheshire Ghost Riders at The Shanaze Read BMX Track in Crewe. I was racing up an age category in Male 13's... but on flat pedals! It was tough to keep up out the gate but I managed to salvage a decent result by the final! Afterwards I worked on a new faster line for the final straight. Can't wait for the first National at Cyclopark this weekend!

All my mates were at the Verona Euro BMX round, so I practiced my track skills at Derby BMX track :-)
